No Slogans, Solutions and We determine the Results

I’m running on a Structural Reform agenda grounded in Accountability, Urgency, and Results. Every commitment I’ve put forward has a Clear mechanism for Action, a Defined timeline for Delivery, and a direct Connection to what District 5 residents say matters Most.

This is Not about Promises. It is about Execution. It is about Fixing what is not working, Strengthening what is, and delivering measurable Progress people can see and feel in their daily Lives.

But this Cannot be done Alone. Real change happens when people step forward, Share their Ideas, and Take part in Shaping their Community. Your voice, your Experience, and your Energy are Essential to getting this Right.

If you want safer streets, stronger Neighborhoods, and a community that Works for everyone, then I invite You to be part of this Effort. Together, We can turn a plan into Progress and progress into Lasting Results.

  • Close Novato's $47 million road maintenance gap with a dedicated infrastructure bond so you stop paying a hidden "pothole tax" on car repairs. Read the full propsal here: Novato Region Roads and Drainage

  • Coordinate development impact fees across all six agencies so growth pays its own way and lands where infrastructure can handle it. Read the full policy paper: A Regional Development Impact Body for Novato and Marin County.

  • Create a dedicated financing district to fund levee upgrades and flood protection for Bel Marin Keys without pricing residents out. Read the paper: Rising Sea Levels, Flood Risk, and Infrastructure Finance in Marin County

  • We need workforce housing so public agencies can attract and keep younger employees who otherwise cannot afford to live here, bringing new energy and skills into our institutions. Without attainable homes for mid‑career and entry‑level staff, Marin will keep losing “new blood” to other regions, worsening vacancies, commute traffic, and service gaps in schools, safety, and local government. • Establish a Marin County Inspector General with real authority to investigate waste, fraud, and mismanagement of the county's $900 million budget.

  • Build a searchable public portal showing every tax, fee, and assessment you pay across all five agencies so you can finally see the full picture.

  • Get all five local agencies in one public room every quarter to eliminate duplicate spending and coordinate capital projects.

Independence Is the Point

Independence is the point because this is a time when a lot of people in Marin are hurting and worried about tomorrow. Families are doing the math on rent, taxes, childcare, and retirement and realizing the numbers do not add up if government keeps operating on autopilot. I am not accepting donations. I am not backed by a party or an interest group. My campaign budget is about what you would spend on a used dishwasher, because I would rather owe you straight answers than owe anyone favors.

I am running on a simple idea: in a moment like this, the person who actually knows the numbers and is willing to show them to you is more useful than the person with the most yard signs and the sunniest promises. I will be hosting listening sessions across District 5, from downtown Novato to Hamilton, Bel Marin Keys, Black Point, and Indian Valley, where the agenda is your lived reality, not my talking points. These are working conversations about what is broken, what is worth protecting, and what kind of future you want to be able to count on here.

If you are feeling that strain and uncertainty, you are exactly who I want in the room. Bring your questions, your skepticism, and your ideas. If we build this campaign on your concerns and the actual numbers in front of us, we have a real chance to change how this county does business.
